His name is “Max Kor”. He’s from Israel.
He was made using Maya and Mental Ray.
No, that doesn’t mean his mother’s name is Maya and his father’s name is Ray. Mental Ray is Autodesk’s high-performance rendering engine for generating photo realistic images. Maya is Autodesk’s integrated 3D modeling, animation, effects, and rendering solution. Combined, they made Max; and many others.
Surprised? See some more on Sujeet’s blog! I was stunned when I saw them!

Anyway happy birthday… I am happy that a potential future associate reads Ramit Sethi’s blog and he himself is an entrepreneur. I wish you all the best!
Perfect rendering btw!!! wow!
I think Magnet must enter world of graphics. How about world’s first game on life of Shivaji Maharaj or Bhagat Singh. There’s a game for every kind, but no one thinks of making games on these great men who’d dreamed big and made those dreams come true. They make up our history and if a game being made children would love history….
Thats awesome.. and unbelievable. Amazing example when art and technology comes together.
